See what’s the buzz with Buzly! It’s an app designed by Students for Students. It gives you the ability to stay on top of your academic life and make the most of your personal life outside of school. It’s literally an app that can do both! See why students are already all for it, even the college faculty feel this is the best solution to minimize multiple media outlets students have and give students exactly what they need! It’s so simple, everybody wins. As students, we understand it can be a struggle with getting the most out of our academics and fully experiencing that college experience. This is why we brought together this online community especially during the pandemic students have felt even more disconnected from their school and their peers. We want to help change that! With the help of students and school faculty giving us feedback throughout this process, we know this would be a big help for students and getting that sense of community back. Our biggest winning factor is the control to PERSONALIZE the amount and type of notifications students receive. We know we aren’t the only ones who receive multiple emails, messages, or even information on something completely unrelated to our major, career, or even interests. Even so, we might miss something important or that aligns with our interests because we expect it’s just another email. That’s why we are going to help improve the college experience by helping students stay on top of both their academic life as well as making the most of their college experience through social events and so much more! You can find others based on your expected graduation year, major(s), and based on groups you join or create which others can find, and with common interests find others to socialize with virtually and in person! With filtering out what you want to see and don’t want, your feed is uniquely made to your liking! All while still having the ability to search groups if you haven’t joined or are just curious to explore and even find others to interact with. Tags such as your major, events, and crush. Major allows you to tag your own major so more students can see if you have a question or insight. Crush allows you to tag a post that connects you to other students. You will be able to post gifs as well as polls too.  You can share posts to your direct messages as well as reply to direct messages. * In Groups you will be able to select between Trending posts, Events, as well as Students. Trending posts will allow you to find posts that are trending in each group, Events will allow you to discover events by clubs or groups, and Students will allow you to discover more students on your campus. If you are a group host you will be able to share the group to the home page to get more visibility, as well as create events. You will have the ability to make others admin as well. * On the top of the buttons, you will find a carousel that plays events posted by groups. * In notifications, you will be able to see how users are reacting to your posts, as well as Accept or Deny connections. * In Profile you will notice we have scaled the user profile and clicked on it, you will also be able to see the posts, connections as well as groups a user is in.  You will have the ability to edit your profile page as well. 2.0 10/26/2022 1.0 01/07/2022
